The Texans signed Sobkowicz to the practice squad Wednesday.
Sobkowicz was on Houston's practice squad for the first five weeks of the season before being cut in October. The 24-year-old has yet to make a regular-season appearance for the Texans. Landing back on the team's practice squad, the undrafted rookie has a long way to go before making his NFL debut.
