The Eagles signed Gray to the practice squad Tuesday.
Gray was battling through a shoulder injury during 49ers' training camp, and he was unable to make the 53-man roster. The 2022 third-round pick appeared in 13 regular-season games for San Francisco in his rookie year, posting one catch (on seven targets) for 10 yards while adding nine rushing yards on his lone carry. Gray will work to make another NFL appearance in his new home in Philadelphia.
