The Raiders waived Butler (undisclosed) from the team's active/PUP list with a failed physical designation Monday.
Butler missed all of Las Vegas' 2023 campaign on injured reserve due to an undisclosed injury, and it seems if that issue is still hindering him. Butler last saw regular-season action in 2022, when he logged 11 tackles in 15 games with the Raiders.
