Williams signed with the Buccaneers' practice squad Thursday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.
Williams missed out on Tampa Bay's initial 53-man roster, but he's been brought back to the team's practice squad Thursday. The Arizona product rushed for 372 yards and five touchdowns during his final collegiate season in 2023.
