Jones (quadriceps) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Coach Brian Flores said Monday that Jones was considered day-to-day with the quad injury, and the cornerback was a DNP at the first practice of the week. The 29-year-old likely will need to practice in some capacity Thursday or Friday to have a chance of suiting up this weekend.
