Baker (undisclosed) is not ready to be designated to return to practice, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Baker has been on the reserve/PUP list since Aug. 31 after suffering an undisclosed injury in July. The cornerback is eligible have his 21-day practice window opened and begin practicing at any point, but he doesn't appear to be healthy enough to do so quite yet.
