The Dolphins removed Parker (undisclosed) from the PUP list Monday, Adam H. Beasley of the Miami Herald reports.
Reports suggest Parker is bothered by a minor soft-tissue injury, with his history of hamstring issues perhaps encouraging the Dolphins to be cautious. His ability to avoid those nagging injuries remains uncertain, but Parker at least should have plenty of time to prepare for Week 1, now battling for targets with the likes of Will Fuller (suspension) and Jaylen Waddle.
