Phillips (Achilles) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
The linebacker was a limited participant Wednesday after playing 56 snaps across Miami's first two games following a brisk recovery from last November's Achilles tear. The fourth-year pro has recorded two tackles, including 1.0 sacks, in the Dolphins' first two contests.
