Allen (quadriceps) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Lions, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Allen managed a full practice Friday after being limited Wednesday and Thursday, so he may be on the 'probable' end of the questionable designation going into the weekend. Jaylen Wright is also questionable for Week 9, leaving starter Ollie Gordon as the only sure thing in the Dolphins' backfield ahead of Sunday's contest.
