The Dolphins activated Louis (knee) from injured reserve Saturday.
Louis returned to practice Wednesday when the Dolphins opened his 21-day window. The safety is set to play in Sunday's divisional bout with the Jets after missing the last four games due to a knee injury he sustained in Week 1 against the Raiders.
