Tannehill will be allowed to audible at the line of scrimmage, reports the Miami Herald.
Tannehill was forbidden to audible under former offensive coordinator Bill Lazor, and believes this ability will help to put the offense in a better situation under certain circumstances. At the very least this would seem to be a good way to get Tannehill more involved in the game plan. Tannehill owners may want to consider, however, that one of the reasons that Lazor was fired was because Miami's head coach thought the run/pass ratio was leaning too heavily towards the pass, something that should be rectified now.
