Redwine was signed to the active roster from the practice squad Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Redwine has been on the active roster for each of the Dolphins' last three games after starting the season with the Jets. Mostly contributing on special teams, Redwine has seven tackles (five solo) on the season across five games. Whether or not this move is related to the future status of starting free safety Jevon Holland (illness) is not yet known.
