The Vikings waived Samia (hamstring) with an injury designation, Ben Goessling of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Samia suffered a significant hamstring injury and is expected to come back to the Vikings' IR if he isn't claimed by another team off waivers. As of now, the injury length and rehab time are unknown, but it's possible the 24-year-old guard will miss most of the season.
