The Broncos waived Parham on Tuesday, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.
Parham signed with the Broncos in May as an undrafted free agent out of NC State, where he caught five passes for 22 yards and two touchdowns during his final collegiate campaign. The 6-foot-5 tight end finds himself among a wave of cuts ahead of Tuesday's 53-man roster deadline, but per Klis, he's a likely candidate to join Denver's practice squad.
