Jenkins signed with the Eagles' practice squad Wednesday.
Jenkins will return to Philadelphia's practice squad after spending some time with the unit last season. The Georgia Tech product has yet to appear in a regular-season NFL game, but he recorded nine receptions for 66 yards and no touchdowns with the Eagles this preseason.
