Toth (concussion), who was originally listed as questionable for Sunday's wild-card matchup against the 49ers, has been downgraded to out.
The Army product sustained a concussion during the Week 18 loss to the Commanders and couldn't clear protocol in time to play Sunday. While Toth is sidelined for the wild-card round, expect Drew Kendall to operate as Philadelphia's top reserve center.
