DeJean was working through both calf and abdominal injuries during Week 2 prep, but he finished with a DNP/LP/FP practice log, with Friday's full session being enough for the third-year pro to avoid an injury tag. DeJean played every single defensive snap during the Eagles' Week 1 win over the Commanders, finishing with eight tackles (four solo).
