White (personal) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Buccaneers.
White will miss his fourth consecutive game Sunday, as the first-year Eagle was held out of the Philadelphia's Week 1 win over the Packers with an ankle injury and has been a healthy scratch in the past two contests. Expect Jeremiah Trotter to serve as the Eagles' top rotational inside linebacker in White's stead.
