Carter (back) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
Carter sustained a back injury in Sunday's 38-31 win over the Commanders and did not return to the contest. By practicing in full Wednesday, Carter is trending toward being available for the Eagles' Week 9 divisional matchup against the Cowboys.
