Bradberry has been seeing work at safety during practices this week, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Bradberry has also been seeing work inside at slot cornerback, as head coach Nick Sirianni is looking to take advantage of his versatility. With rookie first-round pick Quinyon Mitchell penciled in as a starter at corner opposite Darius Slay (back), the 30-year-old Bradberry may lose his starting gig after struggling in 2023. The Eagles have been testing Bradberry and second-round pick Cooper DeJean at different spots in the secondary, plus they have 28-year-old nickel corner Avonte Maddox hoping to rebound from back-to-back injury-marred seasons. The secondary was arguably Philadelphia's weakest position group last year but could be a strength for new defensive coordinator Vic Fangio.
