Croom was targeted on the second play of the second quarter Thursday, but he sustained an injury on the play. The tight end was put into an air cast and carted off the field, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. The specifics of the issue aren't yet clear, but the 27-year-old appears to be dealing with a relatively serious injury.
