Scott (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's matchup against Houston.
Scott picked up an ankle injury during the team's Week 8 win over Pittsburgh and will be sidelined for at least one additional game. The third-year defensive back operated exclusively on special teams over his last two appearances, so his absence shouldn't impact Philadelphia's defense.
