Cleveland (concussion) reverted to injured reserve Sunday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Cleveland was originally waived on Saturday but will now head to injured reserve after going unclaimed. The 2020 seventh-round pick caught two passes for 28 yards for Detroit last season, where he spent the first three years of his career.
