Ertz (concussion) has already been cleared to attend team meetings, NJ.com's Eliot Shorr-Parks reports.

If a concussion is severe enough, the affected player will often miss at least a few days of meetings, in addition to being held off the practice field. Ertz isn't practicing and still faces an uphill battle to be ready for Thursday's game against the Lions, but it does at least seem that he's already making progress. If Ertz doesn't play, Brent Celek and Trey Burton would likely get a few more opportunities in the passing game.
