Hamilton will return to action after missing Atlanta's Week 7 loss to Seattle due to a back injury. Hamilton has made four appearances this season, playing exclusively on special teams in three of those games. However, he could crack the secondary rotation versus Tampa Bay, as Justin Simmons (hamstring) will be sidelined for the first time this season.
