Hamilton was limited during Thursday's practice session due to a groin injury, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
The groin injury appears to be recent, as Hamilton was not listed on the Falcons' injury report Wednesday. His participation level Friday will provide a better picture around his status for Sunday's regular-season opener against the Steelers. Hamilton enters this season in a depth role in the Falcons' secondary after finishing 2023 with 40 tackles (29 solo), 11 passes defended and one interception across 14 regular-season games with the Cardinals.
