Terrell (back) is now recovering from an illness ahead of Sunday's game against the 49ers, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Terrell is still listed as questionable, but he now has to overcome an illness as well as a back injury in order to be available for Sunday's home contest. His absence would mean less depth in the secondary for the Falcons, although the team got reinforcements thanks to the activation of A.J. Terrell (groin) from injured reserve.
