Henderson (groin) was a limited participant at the Falcons' practice Wednesday, Daniel Flick of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Henderson was unable to practice at all last week before ultimately missing the team's Week 6 loss to the Bears while nursing a groin injury he suffered in Week 5 versus Baltimore. The cornerback's return to practice is a step in the right direction, and he will have two more chances to log a full practice before Sunday's matchup with the 49ers.
