Ellerbee (knee) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.

Ellerbee is more of a special-teams contributor than anything else, so his potential absence for Sunday against the 49ers shouldn't have much of an impact on the defense. He also left the Falcons' win Sunday over the Panthers early with a knee injury, which may have ultimately forced him to sit out against San Francisco. Ellerbee was one of 25 players to test positive for COVID on Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
