Harris (pectoral) has been a full participant at training camp, D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Harris finished last season on IR after needing surgery to repair a torn pectoral. The 32-year-old was limited during mandatory minicamp, but he's now fully recovered. Harris should provide solid depth to the Falcons' secondary.
