Ravens running back Derrick Henry put on a show in Baltimore's victory over the Dallas Cowboys last week. Henry finished with 151 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries, while also catching one pass for 23 yards in a 28-25 win. Henry is expected to be high in the Week 4 Fantasy football RB rankings again this week against the Buffalo Bills, a defense that's giving up 118.3 rushing yards per game this season. Which other running backs should you include in your Week 4 Fantasy football strategy? A reliable set of Week 4 Fantasy football rankings can help ensure that you nail more difficult start or sit decisions. Before you lock in your Fantasy football lineups, be sure to check out the Week 4 Fantasy football rankings from the advanced computer model at SportsLine.

When it comes to ranking players, SportsLine's model beat human experts in Fantasy football for the past several seasons, especially when there were big differences in ranking. Over the course of a season, that could literally be the difference between winning your league or going home emptyhanded.

The same model has a proven track record providing Fantasy football tips, including being ahead of the curve on players like A.J. Brown, Jonathan Taylor, Derrick Henry, Christian McCaffrey, Alvin Kamara, and Jahmyr Gibbs. Anybody who banked on players like those made a run at their league title.

Now, the model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, has revealed its Fantasy football rankings for Week 3 of the 2024 NFL season. Head to SportsLine now to see them.

Top Week 4 Fantasy football picks

One surprise in Week 4: The model is fading Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams, who was started in 81% of CBS Sports PPR leagues last week after breaking out over the first two weeks of the season. Williams had 10 catches for 200 yards and a touchdown over the first two weeks and also rushed for 28 yards but he had a bust week against the Cardinals in Week 3.

Williams played a season-low 71% of snaps and he was only targeted three times, catching one pass for nine yards. He also had one carry where he lost seven yards and finished with two scrimmage yards on two touches. Now he'll match up with a Seahawks defense that has only allowed 397 passing yards over the first three weeks (best in the league) and the model ranks him outside its top 40 wide receivers for Week 4.

Another curveball: The model is high on 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings. With Deebo Samuel (calf) and George Kittle (hamstring) out in Week 3 at the Rams, along with Christian McCaffrey (calf), Jennings became a go-to target for Brock Purdy. Jennings finished with 11 catches for 175 yards and three touchdowns on 12 targets.

The veteran slot man could remain a focal point in the offense after his breakout performance, especially if San Francisco's skill players remain sidelined with injuries. The model ranks Jennings as a top-20 Fantasy football wide receiver heading into a Week 4 matchup against the Patriots, ahead of players like Stefon Diggs, Chris Olave and Amari Cooper. Lock him in your Week 4 Fantasy football lineups and look for a big return against New England. For more start/sit Fantasy football advice, be sure to check out the rest of the Week 4 Fantasy football rankings.

How to set Week 4 Fantasy football rankings

The model is also calling for a surprising quarterback owned in less than half of CBS Sports PPR leagues to finish in the top 10 of its Week 4 Fantasy football rankings.
