Wilson was claimed off waivers by Washington on Sunday, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
Wilson was waived by the Eagles on Saturday, but he'll now compete for a depth role with another NFC East squad. The 25-year-old appeared in five games with Philadelphia last year and served mainly on special teams.
