Washington head coach Ron Rivera said Monday that Everett (personal) has been discharged from a hospital after he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries suffered in a car accident Thursday, Pete Hailey of NBC Sports Washington reports.
Everett was the driver in a fatal one-car crash that killed the passenger in the vehicle, his 29-year-old girlfriend. Police are still investigating the matter, and Everett has yet to be charged with any crime for his role in the accident. Washington placed Everett on the reserve/non-football injury list Friday.
