Harmon signed a reserve/future contract with Washington on Monday.
Harmon didn't see game action in 2021 and spent most of the season on Washington's practice squad. He hasn't logged a regular-season snap since his rookie campaign in 2019, when he caught 30 passes for 365 yards and zero touchdowns in 16 games.
