Allen suffered an ankle injury early in camp and has since been sidelined, but he's back at practice Sunday after missing the past couple weeks. The 25-year-old appears slated to work as Washington's No. 3 quarterback since Taylor Heinicke is in competition with Ryan Fitzpatrick for the starting job.
