Allison was restored to the Lions' practice squad from the practice squad COVID-19 list Thursday.
The wide receiver was placed on the COVID-19 list Dec. 29, remaining away from the team for just over a week. Allison appeared in three games early in the season for the Lions, failing to reel in either of his targets for catches.
