The Giants announced Saturday that Jackson (neck) is ruled out for Monday's game against the Steelers, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Jackson will miss a second consecutive game due to his lingering neck injury. The depth cornerback's next chance to take the field will come Week 9 at home versus Washington on Nov. 3.
