Thomas (groin) did not participate at the Giants' practice Thursday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.
Thomas has missed back-to-back practices to open the week as he continues to nurse a groin injury. The offensive lineman was able to play through the injury during the team's win over Tennessee in Week 3, and he'll look to do the same Sunday versus Arizona.
