Thomas (foot) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Thomas sustained a foot injury in the Giants' Week 6 loss to the Bengals and already underwent season-ending surgery to address the issue, so his move to IR comes as no surprise. Expect Joshua Ezeudu to serve as the Giants' top left tackle with Thomas sidelined for the remainder of the year.
