Davidson (knee) was a full participant at the Giants' practice Wednesday, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
Davidson missed the team's 14-9 loss to the Bills in Week 6 while dealing with a knee injury, but his full practice Wednesday all but clears him to play in Week 7. The 26-year-old will return to his role as a primary reserve option on New York's defensive line against Washington on Sunday.
