Jones completed 22 of 32 passes for 222 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in Monday night's 20-17 loss to the Chiefs. He also rushed five times for 12 yards.

Jones began by throwing an interception from his 22-yard line on his first pass of the game, gifting the Chiefs another opportunity to score after the Giants defense had just made an interception in the end zone. Although the signal-caller eventually rebounded with a 50-yard completion to John Ross and a pair of red-zone touchdowns to tight ends Kyle Rudolph and Evan Engram, New York's undermanned offense couldn't move the ball consistently enough to win, with Jones taking a bad sack while trying to engineer a late comeback as well. As Jones now turns his attention toward a Raiders team coming off a bye, it'll be interesting to see who'll be healthy enough to comprise his supporting cast in Week 9.
