Singletary (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Singletary had little impact in Week 2, rushing just three times for nine yards amongst a busy backfield. It appears that newly acquired Najee Harris and Tyrone Tracy will compete for more production in Week 3 with Singletary inactive.
