Singletary carried the ball 16 times for 95 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 21-18 loss to the Commanders. He also caught his only target for zero yards.
The veteran running back scored his first TD as a Giant late in the first quarter on a seven-yard run. Singletary has dominated the backfield touches for New York through the first two weeks of the year -- Tyrone Tracy was the only other RB to see the ball, taking one carry for two yards -- and while the team's offense as a whole hasn't been particularly effective so far, that volume does give him a solid fantasy floor. Singletary will look to put together another strong effort in Week 3 against the Browns.
