Owens (hamstring) practiced fully Friday.
Owens missed the season opener last week but is now on track to play Sunday after logging his first full participation in practice this week. The rookie seventh-round pick will now look to make his NFL debut against the Cardinals but will likely see most of his playing time on special teams.
