Runyan (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Saints, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Runyan suffered an ankle injury early in the third quarter of Sunday's game. Aaron Stinnie has taken over at left guard while Runyan is evaluated on the sidelines.
