Toney (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) also sat out practice, while Sterling Shepard (knee) is out for the season with a torn ACL. The Giants may be left with Richie James as their No. 1 receiver, and that could be the case even if Toney shows enough improvement to gain clearance for Sunday's game against the Bears.
