Nabers caught 10 of 18 targets for 127 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 21-18 loss to the Commanders.

The rookie wideout was Daniel Jones' first read, and usually his only one, for most of the afternoon, as the rest of the Giants' pass catchers combined for only six catches on 10 targets for 51 yards. While a four-yard grab just before halftime gave Nabers his first career TD, it was one of the passes he couldn't haul in that will likely stick with him. On New York's final possession in the fourth quarter with the score tied 18-18, Nabers couldn't handle a sideline pass on fourth down that would have extended the team's drive. With his spot as the Giants' top downfield threat secure, Nabers will face a much tougher test in Week 3 against the Browns' stingy secondary.
