Shepard (hamstring) is participating in Friday's practice, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
Shepard was added to the injury report Thursday as a limited participant, and he appears to be poised for a limited or full showing during Friday's practice. The Giants' final Week 7 practice report will be revealed later Friday and determine whether Shepard approaches Sunday's game against the Panthers with or without an injury designation.
