Parker was signed to the Giants' active roster from the practice squad Saturday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Parker's move to the active roster makes it likely he'll suit up Sunday against the Dolphins. He's appeared in three games this season for the Giants, earning 32 special teams snaps and 11 on defense. Parker is likely to provide extra depth in the secondary.
