Johnson (neck) was a full participant at the Giants' practice Wednesday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.
Johnson appears to be back to full health after missing the team's last two contests while nursing a neck injury. The 25-year-old will be back in his No. 2 role at tight end behind starter Isaiah Likely against the Eagles on Sunday.
